About the Role
Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will build and manage sales cycles among Mid-Market and Large Enterprises in your region.
What You’ll Do:
Develop: Discover creative ways to engage with new prospects and deliver our powerful value proposition to CISOs and Security teams
Connect: Attend industry events and networking opportunities and help evangelize our unique message
Collaborate: Constructively, deliver customer feedback to management, as well the Product and Marketing teams, about opportunities to improve our product and messaging
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 5-10 years Outside Sales experience, especially in start-up environments where we all must wear multiple hats
- Hunter Mentality: Though we have SDRs and Marketing teams to support you, someone who is willing to prospect their own new business and work with Partners to build their territory, is strongly preferred
- Passion: Someone who loves to meet new customers and is ready to work hard within a team environment towards the company goal
- Positive Attitude: Nothing is ever perfect but an understanding that most obstacles are temporary and that, through hard work, and a good attitude, anything is possible
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, partners, and colleagues
- Independence and Collaboration: The confidence to build and manage your own territory yet the humility to ask for help when needed
