What You’ll Do:
As a Construction Estimator, you will play a critical role in shaping our projects. You will be responsible for the end-to-end estimating process, ensuring accurate, competitive, and well-structured bids. Your key responsibilities will include:

✔ Mastering the Details – Conduct in-depth analysis of project plans, specifications, and related documents to fully understand scope, requirements, and potential challenges.
✔ Crafting Competitive Bids – Develop detailed, accurate cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
✔ Collaborating with Key Players – Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to obtain critical project information and resolve discrepancies.
✔ Securing the Best Resources – Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier bids, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
✔ Leveraging Technology – Utilize industry-standard estimating software such as Procore, Onscreen Takeoff, and Microsoft Project to improve accuracy and efficiency.
✔ Enhancing Cost Strategy – Analyze historical project data and market conditions to optimize cost forecasting and identify potential savings.
✔ Presenting with Confidence – Prepare and deliver clear, concise cost estimates to project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
✔ Improving Processes – Continuously seek ways to enhance estimating procedures, boost efficiency, and reduce risk.

What We’re Looking For:
We need a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives under deadlines and values accuracy and innovation. The ideal candidate will have:

✅ Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in construction estimating
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus

✅ Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, cost control principles, and contract negotiation
• Proficiency in estimating software (Procore, Onscreen Takeoff, Microsoft Project, or similar tools)
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and cost data

✅ Skills & Attributes:
