What You’ll Do:
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee a dynamic portfolio of projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. Your role will be a mix of strategy, leadership, and hands-on problem-solving. You will:
- Lead the charge on multiple projects across retail, fuel, and quick-serve restaurant sectors, keeping everything on track, on time, and within budget.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success while mitigating risks and adapting to changes.
- Own the full project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and execution.
- Bring structure and innovation to project management by refining processes, tools, and best practices.
- Provide crystal-clear communication, delivering updates and insights to leadership, vendors, and project teams.
- Be the problem-solver everyone trusts, using analytical skills and creativity to tackle challenges head-on.
- Foster relationships that keep projects running smoothly and teams motivated.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership skills that inspire teams and drive results
- Strong communication chops—written, verbal, and presentation skills that get the message across
- Experience in retail, fuel, or quick-serve restaurant construction/project management (1-3 years preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
- Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- A decisive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
- The ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping an eye on the big picture
