As an Ag Sales Representative you will have the following responsibilities:
- Sell the company’s products and services by calling on customers, building customer relationships and developing trust for long-term customer retention
- Manage assigned sales territory
- Develop and maintain good knowledge of equipment and have the ability to determine the value of used trade-in equipment
- Assure all documents associated with sales are properly completed
- Keep current on daily on sales-related information, terms, date, etc. including:
- Changes to manufacturer’s terms, discounts and special programs, sales, deliveries, valuation and new equipment arrival
- Product knowledge and benefits of specific machines
- Competitive activity and competitive products
- All factory finance plans
- Stay knowledgeable of major service work being done on customer’s equipment to use the opportunity to provide upgrades.
- Attend sales department meetings and company functions.

Rate of Pay is dependent on experience.
