Job Description: As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our multifamily property. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, and recreational facilities.
- Maintain the cleanliness of vacant apartments in preparation for new residents.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the property manager.
- Restock supplies in common areas as needed.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if needed.
