Essential Job Functions
As a Parts Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to processing and shipping orders:
Job Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, pack, audit, and ship merchandise to customers.
- Load and unload truckloads of merchandise with precision.
- Verify orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring all warehouse and yard areas are free of debris.
- Adhere to quality standards set by warehouse management.
- Control inventory by managing stock location orders, printing requests, and recording material amounts received or distributed using computer systems.
- Assist with physical inventory counts as needed.
- Prepare parcels for mailing efficiently.
Basic Qualifications & Interests
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Capability to perform tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Proficiency in operating a forklift.
Preferred Qualifications & Interests
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
