Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Scheduler to join our team and contribute to the success of our production operations. As a Manufacturing Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to coordinate materials and workforce.
- Monitor work orders and prioritize jobs to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production scheduling or a related manufacturing planning role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, and resource planning.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and scheduling software is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions under tight deadlines.
