Arnold & Porter is seeking a mid-level to senior associate (2017-2022) with experience in Capital Markets for the Boston, Denver, New York, or Washington, D.C. offices. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in corporate transactional work, specifically in Capital Markets matters. In addition, candidates should have strong drafting and negotiating skills, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to independently manage components of deals.
Our deal teams are structured within the Corporate & Finance practice group to allow associates to assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact. Our collegial and collaborative group is comprised of team players who are supportive, flexible, and invested in helping associates craft a tailored career path.
Applicants must currently be licensed, or eligible to become licensed, in the jurisdiction in which they are applying.
The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $435,000, commensurate with experience.
Eligibility for an hours-based bonus available.
