Are you an experienced, dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic, supportive environment? Our skilled nursing facility is committed to providing exceptional care, and we’re seeking a passionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead and inspire our nursing team while ensuring the highest standards of resident care. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a safe, healthy workplace that enhances the delivery of high-quality care.
- Cultivate a culture of professional development and team engagement.
- Lead and supervise nursing personnel to maintain outstanding resident care.
- Serve as a key liaison between nursing staff and facility management.
- Resolve nursing and unit-related issues quickly and effectively.
- Attend and oversee weekly wound rounds.
- Play an active role in facility surveys and compliance initiatives.
- Foster clear communication with staff, physicians, and residents’ families.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, valid New Jersey State License.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care.
- Proven ability to manage pressure, multitask, and solve problems efficiently.
