Arnot Health is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Graduate Medical Education Office. Your Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Day shift
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do:
Provide administrative support to the GME team and act as a key liaison between residents, faculty, and hospital staff.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings, including room arrangements and materials preparation.
Assist with onboarding new residents and planning graduation events.
Maintain records, track professional development funds, and handle faculty reimbursements.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Manage office supplies and oversee general administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
Required: High School diploma or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Associate degree or completion of a business program.
3-5 years of administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare or academic setting preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access).
Exceptional organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
Physical Demands:
Light physical effort in a typical office setting.
Ability to frequently lift up to 15 lbs and occasionally up to 25 lbs.
