Location: Elmira, NY
Schedule: 48 hours per pay period (every two weeks)
Shifts: Day/Evening Rotation
Availability: Every Other Weekend Required; Holidays as Needed

Position Summary:
The Client Service Representative plays a key role in managing incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining records, handling client inquiries, and supporting a variety of administrative tasks within our medical call center. This role also oversees complaint handling processes, tracks revenue-related functions, and helps ensure a positive and professional environment for our patients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer, manage, and direct call center inquiries in a professional manner
Accurately assess caller needs and route nursing calls to Health on Demand telenurses
Handle inquiries related to program registration, Arnot Health services, and community information
Perform outbound calls for appointment reminders, surveys, and other clerical needs
Maintain proficiency in required computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, CentaurusCallCenter, clinical systems)
Manage the Arnot Health Complaint Handling Process
Track call volume and revenue, prepare reports, and assist with invoicing
Support onboarding and protocol development for new answering service clients
Ensure a well-organized office environment, including supplies and equipment maintenance
Uphold HIPAA and patient confidentiality standard
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years clerical experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PC operations
Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact with diverse populations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Additional Details:
No CPR certification required
Physical demands include standard office activity: computer use and phone communication
Exposure Category III: No exposure to blood or body fluids in normal duties
