Certification Details BLS Nursys State License Verification Job Details 12N19 RN position with an every other weekend and every other holiday commitment. Job Requirements BLS (AHA only) - Required for all nursing positions, must be completed prior to start. Nursys - Required within 30 days prior to start. State License Verification - Verification from state board as required for position, show all findings. Arnot Skills Checklist - Must be fully complete, updated annually. Arnot Core Competency Exam - Must score 80% or higher. Additional Details COVID-19 Vaccine - Upload proof of vaccine or agency declination. MMR - Positive IgG titer or 2 vaccine series required. Fit Test - Must be completed prior to start, within the last 12 months. Hepatitis B - Positive antibody titer, 3 vaccine series, or ARNOT SPECIFIC declination form required.
