What You’ll Do
- Craft Our Team: Ignite our organizational growth by spearheading a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program that goes beyond the traditional. Innovate in managing job postings, conducting interviews, and advising managers on selecting the brightest minds.
- Benefits Management: Take the lead in orchestrating our employee benefit programs. Dive deep into the needs of our team and industry trends to recommend improvements. Be the driving force in processing benefit claims, evaluating bids, and conducting enlightening education/training sessions for our team.
- Policy Development: Craft and update the blueprint of our workplace culture by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Navigate conflicts and guide our team members through the intricacies of policies and procedures.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure our HR practices align seamlessly with legal requirements. Conduct investigations if required, maintain meticulous records, and represent our organization with confidence in HR-related matters.
- Organizational Strategy: Uphold the organizational structure by refining job requirements and descriptions to attract and retain top talent. Research and recommend compensation levels, promoting a culture of fairness across our diverse team.
- Maintain Records: Curate the legacy of our team by managing human resource records with precision. Your organizational finesse will ensure that our historical records are not just preserved, but also easily accessible and accurate.
- Administer Payroll: Exhibit proficiency in navigating our HRIS software and payroll system, ensuring meticulous weekly payroll processes and seamless benefit integration.

You’ll Bring
- Education & Expertise: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field. A minimum of 5 years journeying through various human resource roles, with at least 3 of those years mastering the art of employee relations.
- Benefits Knowledge: Proven expertise in benefits administration, showcasing a track record of successfully orchestrating benefits programs.
- Energy: Bring a dynamic and energetic approach, coupled with a strong sense of dependability and a knack for administrative finesse. Showcase exceptional multitasking abilities, effortlessly juggling priorities and adapting to the ever-evolving dance of business needs.
- Budget Experience: Proficient in creating and analyzing human capital budgets, demonstrating mastery in expense tracking.
- Tech Sophistication: Possess comprehensive experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Additionally, navigate various computer applications and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) with playful expertise.
- Bonus Points if you Have: Industry Specific certifications such as SHRM and/or an advanced degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or Business.
