What You’ll Do:
✅ Design & Develop suspension and coil spring systems.
✅ Use Advanced Tools like CAD, CAE, and dynamic suspension modeling.
✅ Conduct Testing & Validation for ride and handling optimization.
✅ Collaborate with Manufacturing to ensure production excellence.
✅ Support New Product Development from concept to launch.
What You Bring:
🔹 B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
🔹 5 years in suspension system development (air suspension preferred).
🔹 Hands-on experience in vehicle dynamics, damper tuning, and suspension design.
🔹 Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks preferred), GD&T, FEA, and APQP processes.
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for automotive innovation.
