What you will be responsible for :
We are seeking a dynamic Lean Product Launch / Process Engineer to lead new product introduction (NPI) initiatives and provide ongoing support for lean process development. This role focuses on facilitating the optimization of production processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless cross-functional product launches. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement and field teams to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and uphold the highest standards of quality throughout the product lifecycle.
What You'll Do :
Product Launch and New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Facilitate the development and selection of new advancements to our current product and future products
- Lead the integration of new products into manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet design, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Perform prototyping, iterative testing, and feedback analysis to refine products and processes.
- Facilitate product changes and transitions across manufacturing and field operations, maintaining a seamless workflow.
