Salesforce Implementation Specialist / Manager – Deerfield Beach – Contract (w-2 or 1099) and Permanent option available – Competitive salary dependant upon experience up to $220,000
Opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Architect / Implementation Specialist to oversee an end-end implementation of Salesforce in Deerfield Beach, FL. The position will report into the business owners and can be offered on a contract or permanent basis.
The duties of the position will include :
- Overseeing and leading the end to end implementation of Salesforce including Sales Cloud, CPQ and Service Cloud
- Lead a team of 1 to support with all elements of the implementation where needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ownership to identify core requirements
- Develop workflows, automation rules and data processes
- Create, customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs
- Undertake testing of the Salesforce system
- Build reporting modules in alignment with business requirements
- Provide training to the business to ensure best practice
- Identify solutions and drive efficiency to ensure Salesforce is scalable in alignment with business growth
- Act as the go to person relating to Salesforce system

This is a standalone position to lead the full implementation of Salesforce and other modules into a fast growth, owner managed organization. The business do have one internal tech professional who will be available to support where required.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience of system implementations as well as acting as a Business Analyst to identify and articulate business needs.
This position will be site based but with flexibility. The main HQ will be in Deerfield Beach, FL.
Salary : $220,000
