What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automation Controls Engineer position at Aro Talent?

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with at least one year of relevant experience in electrical controls or automation, or a degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering with 2-5 years of relevant experience in electrical controls or automation.
- Experience in utilizing controls or automation technologies such as Allen Bradley (ControlLogix) and PanelView Plus HMIs, as well as proficiency in Industrial Communications Networks (EthernetIP, DeviceNet, and Sercos), Kinetix Servo Drives, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Proficient in various computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical, Microsoft Project, and engineering development software.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing plant environment with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Availability to support plant operations during evenings and weekends when necessary.
- Capability to travel to other plant locations up to 10% of the time.
- Must meet the criteria of a US Person as defined by ITAR / EAR
Preferred :
Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical
Fundamental understanding of networking : supporting end users / operators
Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic controls
Familiarity with Siemens and Beckhoff systems
