Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain and monitor visual standards for retail stores
- Daily communication with the Management Team on department-related needs
- Responsible for inventory control and shrink reduction
- Execution and communication of marketing initiatives to attract new business and satisfy existing business
- Demonstrate the ability to achieve store sales and Key Performance Indicators
- Assist management with overall store operations, including opening and closing the store and assisting other departments when needed
- Identify merchandise issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
