AROCON Roofing & Construction is looking for a hard-working, dependable Assistant Roof Tune-Up Technician to join our fast-growing team. Whether you're just starting out or ready to grow a career in the trades, we provide the training, tools, and team support you need to succeed.
You'll work side-by-side with experienced technicians and learn the ropes of professional roof maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs. This is your chance to build a long-term career in an essential industry-with a company that's got your back.
What You'll Do:
Assist lead techs with routine maintenance and tune-ups on residential asphalt roofs
Set up ladders, tools, and safety gear at job sites
Follow strict safety protocols (PPE provided)
Spot and report common roof issues like leaks, damaged shingles, or clogged gutters
Keep job sites clean and organized
Communicate clearly with your team and supervisors
What We're Looking For:
Comfortable working at heights and in all types of weather
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks
Basic knowledge of tools or construction materials a plus (we'll train you!)
Dependable, on-time, and detail-oriented
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Requirements:
Must be safety-conscious and able to follow OSHA guidelines
Prior experience in roofing, construction, or general labor helpful but not required
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn are a must!
