Required Qualifications:

MQ:

This Classification must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

This classification requires the possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted forthe required education on a year-for-year basis.

DQ:

Additional year(s) above the mandatory minimum years of experience.

Ten (10) years developing IT infrastructure solutions as a lead architect.

Ten (10) years' experience in IT Infrastructure implementation.

Seven (7) years' experience as a senior systems engineer establishing web application environments.

Eight (8) years' providing direct support for web systems environments including web applications installations, upgrades, and deployment as well as any servers/systems that support/host web applications.

Eight (5) years' experience with Microsoft Azure/M365 infrastructure and products.

Seven (3) years' experience in administering and managing Microsoft Entra ID.

Eight (8) years' experience in configuring server, group and service account security including customization of security policies and configurations wherestrict security policies must be enforced and maintained.

Eight (8) years' experience in administering Active Directory.

Proven experience and knowledge of current trends in following technologies: Wintel, VMware, Networking, Storage, Data Security, Databases, Data CenterFacilities management, Virtual Desktop.

Establishing performance baselines and tuning servers, sites, and web applications.

Identifying and evaluating implications of proposed infrastructure changes that may impact web servers, sites and web applications' performance or security.

Troubleshooting authentication, authorization, and access issues in an Entra ID/AD hybrid ecosystem.

Deep understanding of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting.

Experience with VMWare NSX virtual switch fabric.

Experience with deploying and managing Azure cloud services.

Experience writing technical documents and diagrams according to defined standards.

Experience in developing disaster/operational recovery plans.
