Job Title: ITC Signaling Engineer Railway

Job Purpose:
The ITC Signaling Engineer is responsible for overseeing the execution of installation supervision, testing, and commissioning (T&C) activities for railway signaling systems (e.g., IXL, ATC, DCS). The role ensures that T&C activities comply with approved procedures, standards, regulations, and local laws, and includes troubleshooting, documentation, and reporting of system failures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution & Testing: Prepare, execute, and log test results. Troubleshoot issues and ensure systems meet specifications and contractual requirements.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure T&C activities are performed according to the plan, with strict adherence to quality, safety, and EHS standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Record and report issues, defects, and non-conformities. Write detailed test reports and ensure proper communication of results.
- Team & Time Management: Support the development of team competency and manage shift schedules. Ensure on-time reporting and full EHS compliance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external subcontractors, and customer representatives.
Competencies & Skills:
- Mandatory: Engineering degree (electronics/embedded systems), 2 years of T&C experience in signaling, fluent in English, flexible and mobile for varied project locations.
- Desirable: Experience in railway signaling subsystems, team management skills, and additional languages.
Performance Measurement:
- Efficiency and proactivity in T&C tests
- Compliance with EHS and regulatory standards
- Quality of reporting and problem-solving performance
