Skills required
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning. Deep knowledge in NLP and GenAI.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python. Must be an expert in writing ML code.
- Working experience with full-stack web development (Flask, Panel).
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and Spark.
- Hands-on experience in state-of-the-art ML and DL as applied to large-scale datasets.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and libraries (PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NLTK, llama-index, lingchi).
- Solid understanding of feature engineering and model evaluation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS).
- Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools and CI/CD (Github).
- Expert in deploying and monitoring ML models and can take care of MLOps.
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- We are looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience in ML, GenAI, and software development.
- Working experience with big data technologies (Spark).
- Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Databricks).
- Experience with cloud ML platforms (Databricks ML).
- Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools and CI/CD (Databricks Workflow, MLFlow, GitHub Action, GitLab).
- Working knowledge of full-stack web development using FastAPI, Panel, Flask.
- Expert in deploying and monitoring ML models in mass production setting.
- Ability to drive projects.
