Job Description:

To support MBTA RLOL Signals Upgrade project performing Electrical field test activities focused on Wayside Signaling under the T&C Manager's direction.

Execute test activities under the direction of Alstom Test engineers and manager.

Fill out test documentation, such as: test data sheets, discrepancy lists, daily reports, progress reports (KPIs)

Requirement:

Work experience on Electrical tools like Track Sniffer, Scope meter, shunting, multimeter

Knowledgeable on Computer and Network systems: Windows, WireShark, SSH, telnet.

Experience in working on field environments, train control rooms or bungalows, wayside tracks.

Experience in executing tests on switch machines, track circuits (PF and AF), signals, microprocessors (VPI, Microlok and/or Electrologix)

Knowledgeable on signaling systems: Signaling principles, Troubleshooting, Software installation, Log retrieval
