We have an immediate hire opportunity for a full-time, Customer Service Representative.
SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing daily orders, warranty claims and customer product upgrade to support the Customer Service Department efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering 40 - 75 inbound phone calls per day in a call center environment
Responsible for accurate order entry on sales orders.
Assisting our customers by providing information with the products including troubleshooting, repairs, replacement parts and warranties.
Follow-up daily on unresolved customer resolutions.
Respond to 30 or more email inquiries daily
Providing friendly and knowledgeable service with excellent phone skills and etiquette.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
AA degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
1 - 3 years of experience preferred
Demonstrated superior customer service experience with preference in a call center.
Proven ability in a call center with high volume of inbound calls
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills. Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and completing priorities.
Strong problem solving skills and quick, effective decision making.
Ideal candidate will work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a positive attitude.
Sage 300 experience is a plus
