Assistant Team Leader duties include:
- Barista duties
- Ensuring that shifts run smoothly
- Maintaining a positive work culture
- Resolving guest issues
- Training new employees
- Completing daily, weekly, monthly reports
- Counting inventory weekly
- Submitting weekly food orders and organizing deliveries
- Creating the weekly work schedules
Requirements:
- 2 years of restaurant, fast food, or retail experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Customer service mindset
- Must be over 18
Availabilty:
Must be flexible as your work schedule may vary week to week based on business needs while fostering a fair work / life balance. Pay based on experience.
