We are currently seeking Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
The Production Specialist will oversee the production process within a manufacturing plant and third-party fillers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. They will be responsible for communicating with the staff, optimizing production procedures, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity.
Production Planning: Collaborate with the team to plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency.
Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
Inventory Management: Track raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate supplies, and minimizing waste.
Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and reports
Other responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Operations and production manager in managing other day-to-day production activities
- Manage inventory levels to support production needs
- Monitor production output to meet quality and quantity targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes in line with company objectives
- Adhere to policies and procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouses inventory current.
- Ensure compliance with USA and International regulations
