Position Overview: As President of Aromar, you will lead the company’s strategic direction, spearheading efforts to revitalize stagnant sales, enhance profitability, and scale the brand. You will build a high-performance team, establish new sales channels, and explore additional opportunities to upscale and expand the product portfolio. With the backing of successful business leaders, you will be empowered to make key decisions, develop long-term strategies, and transform Aromar into an even more thriving enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to revitalize sales and increase market share.
- Identify and open new sales verticals and distribution channels, both B2B and B2C.
- Improve profitability by optimizing operations, reducing costs, and driving sales through innovative marketing and product development.
- Lead the effort to upscale the Aromar brand, increasing its appeal to a broader customer base.
- Design and implement strategies for brand expansion, including the addition of new products and categories.
- Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing leadership team to ensure sustained success.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and fostering a collaborative, people-first culture.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to stay ahead of emerging opportunities and risks.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including the ownership group, to ensure consistent alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and oversee the company’s financial performance, ensuring revenue growth and profitability targets are achieved.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a President, CEO, or senior executive in a fast-paced consumer goods company, ideally within the home fragrance or related industry.
- Demonstrated track record of turning around stagnant or underperforming companies and driving them to profitability.
