Position Title: Sales Manager

Position Overview:
As the Sales Manager at AFI, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence within our dynamic sales team. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management, ensuring that our sales operations align seamlessly with our business goals and the unique demands of the fragrance industry. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and implementing best practices that enhance team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and regularly analyze performance data. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure the team is equipped with the skills necessary to succeed.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement processes and systems that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. Monitor operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Strategic Planning Support: Collaborate with senior management to align sales operations with overall business objectives. Assist in the development of sales strategies and initiatives that drive growth in the fragrance market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure that sales operations align with promotional activities and product launches, facilitating a seamless flow of information and resources.
- Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources within the sales department, ensuring the team has the tools and support needed to achieve their goals.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, with a significant portion of that time spent in a leadership capacity. Experience in the fragrance industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. No Degree still applies if having 5 years’ experience in related field.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational improvements.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
