Aronimink Golf Club is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Culinary Leader to join our team at the new Belmont facility. As a key member of our F&B Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Belmont Restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Your primary focus will be on managing the kitchen staff, developing menus, and controlling inventory. You will also work closely with the Purchasing Manager to source high-quality ingredients and supplies. Additionally, you will assist with administrative duties, such as payroll management and food requisitions.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of cooks and stewards, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Developing and implementing menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety regulations
