About the Role
The Belmont Restaurant Chef will be responsible for leading and managing the culinary team at the new Belmont facility. This role involves overseeing food service operations, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for members and guests.
As a key member of the Aronimink Golf Club team, you will work closely with the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Purchasing Manager to successfully manage all aspects of food service at the Belmont Restaurant across all meal periods.
You will also be responsible for supervising a dynamic team, assisting with administrative duties, training and coaching fellow team members, and developing menus and recipes.
