What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Arooga's Grille House & Sports Bar?
- Busses, sorts, rinses, and racks dishes
- Places service ware in appropriate storage areas
- Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary working environment, free of standing water
- Disposes of trash
- Proper care and maintenance of dish machine according to standards, including the frequent changing of water to ensure sanitation
- Must be able to complete simple prep tasks (i.e., peeling shrimp, cutwork, etc.)
- Assists in the service flow throughout the restaurant
- Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects
- Assists in overall restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
- Complete other job duties as assigned by the Manager or KM, AKM, or KS
- Evening, Weekend and Holiday work is required
- Disposes of trash during shift and before the shift is over
