What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep Cook position at Arooga's Grille House & Sports Bar?
- Cleans and sanitizes the work area before, during and after shift
- Practices sanitary and safe food handling at all times
- Sets up work station
- Prepares all food according to Arooga’s recipes and specifications
- Mentally prioritizes tasks to maximize use of time
- Dates, labels and rotates all products
- Completes all assigned prep work within assigned time lines
- Works cook’s line during high volume periods as directed by management
- Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects
- Completes other job duties as assigned by the Manager, KM, AKM, or KS
- Executes shift with maximum skill and efficiency.
- Evening, Weekend and Holiday work is required
