What You’ll Be Doing
As a BHH Coordinator/TCM, you’ll blend clinical insight, community coordination, and direct client support to guide children and families through the behavioral health system. This hands-on, heart-first role combines meaningful relationships with professional development.
You will:

Build trusting relationships with kids and families, even in hard-to-reach situations.

Create and manage tailored treatment plans based on each child’s strengths and goals.

Coordinate services across providers, schools, hospitals, and other supports.

Facilitate team meetings, safety plans, and crisis support when needed.

Champion each child’s needs through advocacy and education.

What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, education, nursing, or a related human services field. (Or a bachelor’s degree in another field 1 year of relevant experience.)
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation—you’ll be out in the community often!
- A warm, adaptable, and energetic personality that thrives in diverse, fast-paced environments.
