Description
AMHC is currently searching for to grow its team of Residential Counselors at the Skyhaven Residential Facility.
The Residential Counselor assists the Specialty Site Administrator in the day-to-day operations of the group home. He / she is responsible for the development of individual rehabilitation and treatment plans for residents and provides direct skill teaching and programming within the context of the psychosocial rehabilitation model. These standards are inclusive of both direct clinical service and required documentation of those services and the candidate will be expected to demonstrate the core values of AMHC by showing Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, Service, Collaboration, and Respect to co-workers, clients, and community members.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of High school diploma with related work or life experience is required
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
