Your new position has a number of components:
- Act as the main internal point of contact for assigned customer accounts, developing strong working relationships and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage escalations, including order delays, quality concerns, and service issues, coordinating with internal departments to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Participate in internal meetings to represent the voice of the customer and advocate for customer priorities
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
