Overview: Develop, maintain, and distribute documentation used in Aroplax’s Quality Management System
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education or certifications preferred
- 5 years QC documentation systems or related work experience in a production environment
- Strong mathematical skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide and work with decimals and fractions)
- Proficient computer skills, including ERP system experience and MS Office
- Skilled in reading prints and understand dimension specifications and tolerancing
- Able to partner with production supervisor, processors, and technical team members to resolve documentation issues.
- Able to prioritize workload and work independently
- Strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, update, and distribute all ISO documentation required for Aroplax’ Quality Management System including CQM, GOP’s SOP’s, Forms, and Flowcharts.
- Create, maintain, update, and distribute quality and manufacturing documentation including but not limited to: Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Inspection Plans, Receiving Inspection Plans, Secondary Ops Inspections Plans, etc.
- Provides training to press operators on standard operating procedures (SOP’s) as needed
- Provides training to QC inspectors on QIP requirements
- Maintain, update, and archive “Master” samples as needed
- Maintain customer product files with current data and documentation including “Hold” tickets and returned material authorizations (RMAs).
- Responsible for revision control of quality documentation and prints. Assists Quality Manager in maintaining current revision level of part BOMs.
- Maintains customer product files with current data and documentation
- Acts as assistant to Quality Manager with any or all functions outlined in job description.
- Performs 100% Product Audits and write ups as needed.
- Any other duties assigned
