About the Role :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Home Care Nurse to join our team at Around the Clock Nursing in Allentown, PA. As a Pediatric Home Care Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes, making a positive impact on their lives and well-being.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Assess and monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with the patient's family and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan
  • Provide emotional support and education to the patient and their family

    • Requirements :

  • Active nursing license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Prior experience in pediatric nursing preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor
