What You’ll Do:
- Pediatric Care: Lead the delivery of high-quality, pediatric-centered care across a wide range of services.
- Patient Relationships: Develop long-term, trusting relationships with families and their children and educate patients on treatment options to improve their oral health.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a skilled team of, dental assistants, and hygienists, fostering a collaborative, positive, and efficient environment.
- Practice Growth: Help drive continued success and growth by maintaining an excellent standard of care and patient service, contributing to monthly production and collection goals.
Practice Stats:
- Work in a facility with 8 fully equipped operatories
- Average Monthly Production: $248K
- Average Monthly Collections: $244K
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a practicing dentist strongly preferred
- Pediatric Specialist is preferred but open to General Dentist with a strong Pediatric background
