Job Description/Summary: The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel. The Houseperson will also assist in stripping and replacing linens in rooms.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Stocking room attendant carts with supplies.
- Rotating linens in storerooms.
- Maintaining shelf organization in the storerooms.
- Replenishing storeroom supplies.
- Removing trash and dirty linens from room attendant carts.
- Cleaning furniture, elevators, glass, planters, etc., in public areas, such as lobby, pool and public restrooms.
- Cleaning and replenishing public restrooms.
- Cleaning and vacuuming the meeting room and boardroom as needed.
- Replenishing towels and supplies in pool, fitness center and business center.
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, lobby, hallways and stairwells.
- Reporting maintenance problems or completing work repair orders.
- Spot cleaning walls, carpets, light fixtures, etc.
- Delivering special request items to guest rooms.
- Picking up trash from parking lot and garden areas.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Cleaning Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
