Duties
- Perform night audit procedures, including balancing daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant stay.
- Manage phone systems efficiently, handling incoming calls and assisting guests with reservations or requests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and ensure all charges are posted correctly.
- Monitor hotel security by conducting regular checks of the premises and responding to any incidents or emergencies.
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs for late arrivals and early departures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is beneficial but not required.
