Alexandria Restaurant Partners owns, operates, and manages 11 restaurants in Florida, Northern Virginia, andWashington DC. The three principals of ARP go back 25 years to the first Caf Tu Tu Tango in Coconut Grove, Florida. We pride ourselves on leading with integrity and being transparent.
Do you have extraordinary hospitality? We are seeking an enthusiastic bartender who exceeds guests expectations and creates classic and innovative drinks. As a bartender, you will be engaging and attentive tobar guests while providing timely service, quality food and beverages, and ensuring every guest leaves having had an extraordinary experience.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Knowledgeable of food and beverage menus to accurately and confidently answer guests questions.
Accurately take orders and ring them into the POS.
Regularly clean, stock, and maintain the bar and related service and guest areas throughout service.
Assist in building and maintaining a team-oriented workplace by bringing a positive, consistent work ethic and participation level to each shift.

Qualifications
Previous experience is required.
Communicate effectively.

Able to perform at a high-level during volume and pressure situations.
