Arpco Valves & Controls is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage customer billing and high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to handle large amounts of data entry. Oil & Gas industry experience is a plus.
Essential Job Functions :
- Review field tickets and sales orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Invoice products, parts, and labor, ensuring correct pricing, tax information, and customer contract terms.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure sales and billing align.
- Ensure all required billing documentation is complete before invoicing.
- Accurately bill customer accounts according to contract terms.
- Ensure customers receive invoices on time and per their billing preferences.
- Electronically submit approved invoices for payment.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings.
