Arpco Legacy Enterprises, LLC is a growing oil and gas company managing the financial operations of three separate businesses. We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, and compliance across multiple entities. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong leadership skills , multi-entity accounting experience , and a deep understanding of GAAP and industry regulations .
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Oversee full-cycle accounting , including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management for three companies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements .
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
Compliance & Tax Preparation
Financial Strategy & Leadership
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Certification : Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA preferred).
Experience : 5 years of progressive accounting / finance experience , preferably in oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors .
Software Proficiency : Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or other ERP systems ; Advanced Excel skills .
Multi-Entity Experience : Strong background in managing financials for multiple companies .
Regulatory Knowledge : Expertise in GAAP, financial compliance, and tax regulations .
Analytical & Leadership Skills : Ability to analyze financial data , identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
