What are the responsibilities and job description for the SERVER position at Arpeggio?
Arpeggio is now hiring servers! We have 3 positions available immediately. Must be at least 21 years old and able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week year round. (We do not hire for summer only) Must be available to work: Saturday lunch, Sunday 1:30-8:30 and Monday Night at a minimum. We have a 3 shift minimum.
We are looking for someone organized, reliable and personable who can multi task. Our servers handle 10-15 tables at a time. Reliability is key and references are required.
Arpeggio is a high volume, fast paced restaurant that has been in business almost 30 years. Top shelf Blue Cross/Blue Shield Health as well as dental insurance plans are available for employees who work 25 hours a week, and we pay 50%. Our beautiful deck, which as 70 seats, will be open most of the year now, which is why we need more staff.
1 year of experience in a fast paced restaurant required. We build relationships with our customers and have many "regulars". Staff meal provided every shift.
Starting at $4 per hour tips. (Tips are excellent! Lunch shift starts at 10:30; dinner shift starts at 3:30)
Must be willing and able to work in other positions including Take Out and/or Hosting when needed.
No drinking no drug environment.
