The General Manager (GM) will oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, including oversight of the project managers, budgeting, customer relations, and weekly meetings / training. The GM will ensure the company delivers exceptional service, maintains high standards of safety, and meets financial targets. This is a critical leadership role that requires strong management skills, industry knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and efficient project execution, monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
- Implement and enforce company protocols and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage budgets for each project, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.
- Analyze financial reports and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Develop strategies to increase profitability and optimize resource allocation.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of project managers, supervisors, and support staff.
- Hire, train, and evaluate employees, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring continuous professional development.
- Foster collaboration, ensuring that all team members are aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
