Overview:
This is your opportunity to join Arqai LLC, a privately-owned collection of (4) Smart Home companies in Florida. We are currently hiring a Customer Scheduling - Warranty Administrator, in our Fort Myers office, specializing in intelligent products and cloud-based services.
Responsibilities:
This position involves communicating with residential builders via email and phone regarding warranty issues related to smart home products. The role includes conducting in-depth research on accounts needing service, managing the shared warranty and models inboxes, and determining whether issues are internal or should be redirected to partnered vendors.
Additionally, you will create service orders, coordinate service scheduling with customers, and navigate multiple portals to ensure efficient delivery.
Compensation: $22 - $28 per hour (Commensurate Upon Experience)
