Overview: This is an exciting opportunity to join Arqai LLC, a privately-owned collection of four innovative smart home companies based in Florida. We are currently seeking a Technical Support Agent in our Fort Myers office, for our Uxari brand, specializing in intelligent products and cloud-based services.
As a Help Desk Support Agent, you will provide Tier 3/Tier 4 technical support, analyzing and troubleshooting customer issues related to Smart Home systems, including security systems, networking, lighting control, and Audio/Visual products, to ensure seamless operation and exceptional customer service.
You will guide customers through troubleshooting, accurately document issues and resolutions, and report recurring problems to management to aid in the development of efficient troubleshooting guides and case studies for quicker resolution.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Have 2 years of technical support experience with a strong focus on providing high-touch customer service
- Have proven experience with wired and wireless security systems and low-voltage systems
- Be detail-oriented and highly organized
- Have CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with Alarm.com and Control4 is a plus
Compensation: $26.00 - $32.00 an hour (Commensurate Upon Experience)
