Regional VP Sales – West Coast

About the Role:
As a Regional VP Sales , you will be responsible for managing relationships and selling a leading Enterprise Architecture platform. You’ll be responsible for managing a region across the US and managing a team of AE's to drive overachievement.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Manage a region across the US, ensuring sales growth across the area
✔ Manage a team of Account Executives, supporting them to grow and achieve targets
✔ Sell to enterprise clients, engaging with C-level executives and key stakeholders
✔ Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and relationship-building
✔ Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, Portfolio Management or Business Process Management
🔹 Experience managing a team of Account Executives
🔹 Expertise in managing a region across the United States
🔹 Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing high-value deals
🔹 Strong ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
🔹 Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and communication skills
🔹 Ability to work remotely while effectively engaging with stakeholders
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred)
