Job Title: Bookkeeper and Personal Assistant (Property & Personal Management)
Location: Must live in or near Idaho Falls, ID
Schedule: Minimum 25 hours/week to start. Hours vary with some on-call availability required (always between 8 AM – 6 PM). Opportunity for expanded schedule with the right candidate. Weekends as needed, though uncommon. Any computer-related responsibilities will be completed at home, while other tasks will be required around town, on-site at rental properties, and at the couple's personal residence and businesses.
Compensation: Starting at $30 per hour for 25-30 hours per week.
The right candidate will have the opportunity to quickly increase their income based on their skills and ability to provide support.

This role supports a busy couple with multiple investment and business ventures. We’re looking for a proactive, highly adaptable Bookkeeper and Personal Assistant who can seamlessly manage a wide range of personal and property-related tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Research investment opportunities and present them weekly (training provided)
- Track rental payments and manage various aspects of rental properties
- Oversee and track payments on personal loans
- Coordinate cleaning, repairs, and furniture moving for rental properties
- Run errands as needed
- Assist with household tasks, which may include light physical labor (i.e. gardening)
- Perform bookkeeping and ensure timely bill payments
- Schedule and manage home and vehicle maintenance
- Track maintenance schedules for all properties and conduct annual walkthroughs
- Plan and coordinate travel
- Maintain home inventory and supplies
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for various ongoing projects

Requirements
- Must reside in or near Idaho Falls, ID
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
- Must be ready and able to provide at least 2 work-related references
- Must be able to safely lift up to 25 pounds
- Previous experience in a personal assistant, property management, or operations-related role is a plus
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of spreadsheets, email, and task management tools
