What are the responsibilities and job description for the eCommerce Marketing & Klaviyo Assistant (Remote) position at Arrae?
We are one of the fastest-growing women’s wellness eCommerce brands in the US & Canada, and we’re looking for a Part-Time Contractor to support our team by managing Shopify’s back-end and executing Klaviyo email campaigns. - Manage products, theme customizer, and metafields, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Troubleshoot Shopify issues and proactively solve problems before they escalate.
- Work with developers to set up integrations, scripts, and app configurations as needed.
- Oversee email scheduling, automation, and campaign execution.
- Set up A/B tests, analyze performance, and improve email engagement.
- Ensure all technical aspects of email marketing (tracking, segmentation, and deliverability) are working properly.
- Identify bottlenecks before they become problems and take action.
- Maintain site speed, security, and performance, ensuring Shopify apps function properly.
- Work cross-functionally with developers, marketing, and leadership to remove friction and streamline execution.
✅ Required: Experience with Shopify (admin, metafields, theme customization) and Klaviyo (email scheduling, A/B testing, deliverability).
✅ Bonus: Copywriting skills, experience with Rebuy/Recharge, and a strong analytical mindset.
